After just over one year I've finished my first full comic book! It took a long time to complete because I just do this as my hobby  I have a full time job, I'm a greenkeeper on a golf course near where I live in Ireland and some of the locations in the book are real life places...and I use a lot of my own photos for reference.... www.instagram.com/derekdwyer if you'd like to see some of my photos and work in progress pics of the comic.
It's 24 pages long, with 2 double pages and a Cover. I did rough pencil sketches and then scanned them and did the rest all digitally using Clip Studio Paint on a Wacom Cintiq13hd.

I haven't updated the journal here in a LONG time. I am half way through an original comic written, drawn, coloured & lettered by me. The first 3 pages are fully finished and should give a taste of what I wan the end product to look like but it's still a long way to go! 
The story is about a small bunch of people trapped under a shield that went up by a crashed alien ship.
